When we look at creating Unity in a community, it is a BIG job. Many sectors within our cities try to unify districts and neighborhoods by implementing an idea seen working in another town and wanting to adopt it without fully understanding the process and framework that went into building these new systems within their existing systems and designing through the lens of bureaucracy instead of using the voices of the community.
